The long-term goal of the project is to embed global environmental concerns into the processes of regional and local development, as well as spatial planning in Bulgaria. The project objective is to build capacities of MRDPW and MoEW for mainstreaming global environment into the formulation and implementation of regional and local development, as well as spatial planning policies.
